What is the return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of purchase and the buyer is responsible for the return postage. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Are any purchases final sale?
No - You have 7 days to return the item for full refund. The buyer pays the return postage.
When will I get my order?
We use APC, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our parcels. Due to the popularity and demand for our products we are unable to offer same day dispatch. We will dispatch your order within the 2 business days. During busy times like Christmas dispatch time could be between 3-4 business days therefore please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment. Depending on your location delivery to your address may take 3-4 days and maybe longer at busy times.
Where are your products manufactured?
Our products are manufactured in China.
How much does shipping cost?
Free for the order that is over £ 150.00 in the mainland UK, if it is under this amount a charge of £ 5.95 will be made for the mainland UK. Shipping will be calculated at the check out. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
