Purchasing

All our prices are retail prices and includes UK vat at 20% but EXCLUDES shipping charge which will be calculated at checkout.

Shipping is free for the orders that are over £ 150.00 in the mainland UK, if it is under this amount a charge of £ 5.95 will be made for the mainland UK. Shipping will be calculated at the check out. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.  

We use APC, Parcelforce, Royal Mail and DPD to deliver our parcels.

Due to the popularity and demand for our products we are unable to offer same day dispatch.

We will dispatch your order within the 2 business days. 

During busy times like Christmas dispatch time could be between 3-4 business days therefore please order as early as possible to avoid disappointment.

All you have to do is to inform us for you to benefit from this promise.

Products

The images of the Products on our site are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that your computer's display of the colours accurately reflect the colour of the Products. Your Products may vary slightly from those images.

Although we have made every effort to be as accurate as possible, all sizes, weights, colours, capacities, dimensions and measurements indicated on our site are approximate.

All Products shown on our site are subject to availability. We will inform you by e-mail as soon as possible if the Product you have ordered is not available and we will not process your order if made.

Handmade goods will show slight variations in size, shape and/or colour.

Whilst every effort is made to safely and securely package your goods breakages may still occur due to the nature of the products that we sell. In the event that you receive goods in an unsatisfactory condition please kindly notify us within seven (7) days or L-D GIFTS shall be released from any such claims.

Returns

Please note that no goods are to be returned to us without prior authorisation by L-D GIFTS. Any agreed returns must be in the same condition as supplied and in the unit quantity and packaging as supplied. All agreed returns are at L-D GIFTS' discretion, and shall be subject to a 15% restocking charge, once again at L-D GIFTS' discretion. 

If you wish to cancel an order before goods are being dispatched then please contact us. Once you have an e-mail from us confirming that the order is complete and dispatched any cancellations after will be subject to above paragraph.
